It works for almost any fruit as a topping (in fact mixing and matching also goes well and you can create layers – there’s a blackberry pie recipe at the bottom, or try a combo of apricot and dates topped with a layer of cacao and coconut for a healthy chocolate caramel slice). These little vegan cheesecakes hit the spot. High in protein, low in fat, low in sugar (no refined of course!), a good hit of fibre, NUT FREE, gluten-free, and baked so they have that texture like a traditional New York cheesecake without the nasties.
