I won’t have you eating like a restricted rabbit; in fact you even get to choose what to eat (although I will make some suggestions). There are no juice cleanses (although there are some recipes to try), no crazy workout schedules, and absolutely no starvation or stress.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROGRAM LAST? 

I personally know that change is hard, and transforming your life is a whole new ball game. This is why I’m not going to tell you that you must complete this program in X amount of time. However, the program is designed to be completed and delivered over 12 – 24 weeks (3-6 months) through 12 modules (see more about the steps here), each taking 1-2 weeks to work through (depending on you). Whatever you choose is completely perfect. You have the material for life and each time you revisit it, you find and learn something new. This allows you time to make the changes stick, to overcome the hurdles, roadblocks, and mental demons, to learn the what’s and whys, and to make sure you have a solid foundation for your new life.

 

There is no race to finish it, you are in no competition, and you don’t need to compare yourself to anyone. I know you’re a busy person and you don’t care for fluffing about. That’s why I have designed this program in easy to follow step-by-step “modules” that you work through each week.

There is one on one health coaching sessions available for an additional cost if you need additional guidance or support. These sessions are 50 minutes in length and are conducted via Skype or phone. The options below allow you to purchase the program with the bonus inclusion of 1, 3, or 5 sessions.

The reality is this: this will more than likely happen, because you are human. Through this journey there will be times where you feel like you are overwhelming and you snap and go off the rails. WHAT SORT OF FOOD IS IN THE PROGRAM?

I understand that each of us have different bodies, digestive systems, and ways of eating. All the recipes revolve around eating real whole foods and are dairy free, sugar free, grain free and gluten free. There are options for both meat eaters and vegans. So don’t worry about there not being options for you.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Health coaching programs are upwards of £40 per week during a Phone or Desktop Wallpaper Step 712 week program (and the amount of content included here can extend your program up to 24+ weeks). Combine that with the Guides, eBooks, exclusive videos and audio files, mindfulness resources, exercise plans, recipes, meal plans, weekly emails, Facebook support group, plus loads more additional resources, and you’d be looking at over £800 worth of content.

But I want to make this accessible and affordable for you.

Because of this, the price of the full program is just £109. Amazing right!

Each week is around £9 (or as little as £4.50 if you do it over 24 weeks). That’s like 2 cups of coffee each week, or one take away meal, for life changing material.

If you find this small upfront cost hard to justify, think of it like this: you save so much more by learning how to eat right, not wasting food, not buying takeaway or junk, not bingeing, reducing the impacts of stress, and saving yourself tons from potential medical bills associated with an unhealthy life.

 

WHAT WILL I GET OUT OF IT?

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE PROGRAM CAN I GET A REFUND?

Refunds will only be issued after the first week has been completed. You will need to show that you have done all of the worksheets and exercises that were provided to you to show that you really put in the effort, but that the program or the timing in your life just wasn’t right for you.
